Ceviche Castizo

Aprende cómo hacer el ceviche perfecto en 5 pasos con la receta de Sangrita Castiza, el placer de comer.

Ingredients:

4 people

1/2 kg grouper in small cubes.
200 gr of red onion cut small covers.
1 small bunch of cilantro finely chopped.
Sliced serrano pepper to taste.
1 tomato ball cut into small cubes.
1 mango cut into small cubes.
Juice of 6 lemons.
1 cup of Sangrita Castiza.
1 tablespoon sesame oil.
3 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 teaspoon of roasted sesame.
Season with salt and pepper.
1 avocado in cubes.
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
1 package of baked toast.

Preparation:


STEP 1

Marinate the fish with lemon juice for 15 min.

STEP 2

When they pass the 15 min, add the onion, serrano pepper, tomato, mango and mix.

STEP 3

Add Sangrita Castiza, sesame oil, soy sauce, roasted sesame, salt and pepper.

STEP 4

Mix the ceviche and incorporate the coriander.

STEP 5

In a toast spread mayonnaise, place a tablespoon of ceviche and accompany with avocado.
