¿Con qué acompañar unas alitas BBQ caseras? Con Sangrita Castiza, the only artisanal gourmet sangrita.
Ingredients:

1 kg of clean chicken wings.
Juice of 1 orange.
500 ml of Sangrita Castiza.
1/2 cup of ketchup.
1/2 cup brown sugar.
1/2 cup honey bee.
1 cup tequila.1 stick of butter.
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
3 tablespoons of Maggi sauce.
1 tablespoon garlic powder.
1 tablespoon chopped tree chili.
1 tablespoon onion powder.
1 teaspoon of pepper.
Salt to taste.
1/2 cup of flour.
1/2 cup of corn starch.
1 liter of vegetable oil.
Cut carrot and celery to taste.
Ranch dressing amount needed.
Preparation:
STEP 1
For the BBQ sauce, in a pan place the butter, as it is melted add, onion and garlic powder, and then the ground tree chili, then add the English and Maggi sauces.
STEP 2
Add catsup, brown sugar, honey, and cook until sauce begins to thicken.
STEP 3
Finally, add the orange juice, Sangrita Castiza and tequila, season with salt and pepper, and mix until everything is incorporated.
STEP 4
Turn off the heat and let stand.
STEP 5
For the wings, place them in a refractory and season.
STEP 6
Cover with flour and starch, and remove surplus
STEP 7
In a saucepan place oil and heat.
STEP 8
Add batches of 5 wings and cook until golden brown, taking care not to burn them.

Once browned, drain the excess oil and bathe them with the BBQ sauce.

Accompany with vegetables and ranch dressing.
