For the marinade: 500 ml of Sangrita Castiza. 200 ml soy sauce. 6 gr of golden tree chili. 150 ml vegetable oil.50 gr mayonnaise. Juice of 1 sour orange. Juice of 4 lemons. 2 cloves of garlic 30 gr of white onion. 15 grams of chicken consommé. Season with salt and pepper.
Preparation:
STEP 1
Blend all ingredients, to form a smooth and thick sauce, marinate the fish.
STEP 2
If you are going to cook in a pan, place on the stove, and add oil, let it heat and cook 8 min per side.
STEP 3
If cooking charcoal, cook 10 min on each side.
