Aguachile Castizo de camarón

Prepare the richest shrimp aguachile with Sangrita Castiza, a pleasure for the palate.

Ingredients:

4 people

1/2 kg medium raw shrimp.kg medium raw shrimp.
100 ml lemon juice.150 ml of Sangrita Castiza.
1 piece of red onion.
2 pcs small cucumbers peeled and sliced.
1 clove of garlic.100 gr cilantro.
1 pcs golden morita pepper.
Chili to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Salt to taste.
1 piece of avocado.
1 package of baked toast.

Preparation:


STEP 1

Peel the shrimp and cut them into a butterfly shape.

STEP 2

Blend lemon juice, Sangrita Castiza, garlic, cilantro and chilies; once liquefied, season with salt and pepper.

STEP 3

Once liquefied, pour the shrimp and mix with the cucumber and onion and let stand for about 20 min.

STEP 4

Serve with a spoon on toast the avocado and accompany with avocado.
